RULES AND REGULATIONS

As part of the consideration of the sale and purchase G PERMIT

NOT TRANSFERABLE

Each person is responsible for catching own fish.

TICKETS VOID IF YOU LEAVE THE LAKE

No throw lines, No snagging, No trot lines, No cast nets, No transferring of fish, No live shad allowed, No braided lines,No nickle,aluminium,stainless steel hooks, or wire leaders.These do not rust and will kill the fish.Dip nets required.

HANDLING OF FISH

All flatheads and blue cats are property of Lucky K lakes.

Farm Raised Fish are yours, there is a 6 fish limit. All coolers & containers will be checked periodically.Big fish are required to be in DIP NET AND KEPT IN WATER upon weighing. After farm raised limit you may continue to fish but must pay by the pound.

Please remember if you are fishing for big fish they do not leave the lake.

 

2 POLES PER PERSON

NO extra poles unless prepaid 5.00 fee

 

All State Laws Must Be Observed, Fishing license or patron permit required. Any

violation of the lake rules will disqualify you from tagged fish,& contest entries

 

 

Please keep alcohol beverages in a cold cup or wrap.

Profanity will not be tolerated, be respectful to your self as well as others.

 

 

We would also like to ask that everyone place all

Trash in cans located around the lake.

Please do not put lawn chairs or large objects in can.

PLEASE do not put dead fish or bait in can.

 

Please ask before driving around lakes.

No driving around lakes will be permitted

If ground is wet or during poor weather conditions.

If you drive around lake you will be asked to move.

**Decision of this matter is solely up to the owners.

The staff will blow an air horn 15 minutes before closing. You will be expected to be packing up or be packed up by the closing time.
